Regarding personal data provided to Korhazhajo Kft. (hereinafter referred to as “Korhazhajo”) upon request of a non-binding offer for the purpose of processing the request by telephone contact, e-mail contact, follow-up consultation, via email, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the European Data Protection Act apply, as amended.
About the following data, which will be announced by you (as a customer) in the online form or in the continuing correspondence, and edited: title, first name, last name, street, house number, zip code, location, telephone number, e-mail address, or similar promotion, sale!
Korhazhajo process these data until the implementation of the project, or order is in progress, or pre-contracted measures are required which consequently maintain a contract and beyond until legal claims can be asserted from a contractual relationship or statutory retention requirements exist.
Comments & other data
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Korhazhajo does not process any protection-sensitive data!
For example origin, private opinions, political opinions, religious or ideological convictions, age, etc.
When Korhazhajo hire a processor to process personal data, such as bank info, credit card info; Korhazhajo remains responsible for protecting your information. This type of processing always takes place on the basis of a contract.
Who we share your data with
As Korhazhajo consists of a couple of different companies, there is a great likelihood that a Customer will conduct business with more than one Korhazhajo company.
It is important to us that we provide the best possible customer service and overall experience and we are able to ship the products you order. For this reason, we need to share the address and name data with shipping or logistic companies. The aim of this is to ensure that you can access the relevant information on time and that you are not contacted more often than is necessary for you or for Korhazhajo.
Korhazhajo does not share your personal data with third-parties who intend to use the data for marketing purposes if you have not given your consent to this.
Korhazhajo may also not share your personal data with third parties for other purposes but only for the above listed.
The police and/or other authorities may demand the handover of personal information from Korhazhajo. In these cases, we will only hand over the data if there is a court order or another legal obligation to do so.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators from KC Struktur can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
You have the right to obtain information about all your data sent to Korhazhajo.
You may request the deletion of incorrect data or data that has not been processed in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
